All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be made in full before dispatch of goods.

We strive to deliver products in perfect condition. Delivery to major metropolitan cities takes 7 working days, while the rest of India receives delivery within 3 weeks. These are estimated timeframes and may vary during festival seasons. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.

Due to the sacred nature of our products, returns are limited to damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issues.

Pavitra Uphaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services.
